dissapointing Jun 30, 2010 I was dissapointed in this product. From the first time I tried it the battery never stayed in the charger. It would pop out, loose contact, and not charge. I have to tape it in in order for it to charge. It costs to much and is to much of a bother to send it back so I guess I'm stuck with it. Dissapointing.
pretty good shape but need some imprvoment Jun 17, 2010 Basically, I satisfied this item. Because charger easily can maintain and charge of the battery. In the case of battery, it doesn't have any problem still yet. I need more duration time to check battery life.
I think charger needs some change. Generally, When charger start electric charging, LED light begins at red light. After finish the charging, it will be changed to green light. But this item starts with green light and changed to turn off the green light. Of course it's not a functional problem, but I think most of people will think strange thing.
Anyway, I will use more, and check again.
eforcity customer service is the worst Jun 15, 2010 I made a purchase from eforcity and they sent the wrong items.
I emailed several times requesting the correct items...they never
once responded.
I will NEVER buy from these people again and my advise, neither should
anyone else.

Waste of money May 25, 2010 Insert battery. Pop. Insert battery. Pop. Insert battery. Pop. And so on.
Maybe if I can find something to wedge in there to keep the battery in to actually charge, I'll review how it actually works...
Buy a new one and get your old one back May 24, 2010 I bought Casio Exilim EX-S600 couple of years ago. I used it about two years and haven't used it for quite a while (about 9 months). When I tried to charge using a cradle that came with a camera, a charging light was blinking and a battery was not charged at all.
I searched to resolve this problem and found that I could use 9V battery to make a battery rechargeable. I did use that method and Bravo, my battery came alive. But only one time. It died again, and I tried 9V method for 15 sec, 30 sec, 1 min and 2 min, but no success.
My camera is 6M pixel and I found quite a few numbers of brand new 10M pixel cameras under $100. The original Casio Battery price is quite expensive compared to these new cameras.
So I ordered this item and got it about a week after I ordered (standard shipping: I live in NJ and the shipping location was CA). I was wondering if it is too thick or too big for the slot as other users mentioned. I inserted a battery into my camera and was able to take it out without any problems. I charged a new battery with the original cradle and now I can use my camera again with the total cost of under $5.
One thing I was really satisfied is that I charged an original dead (looking) battery with the charger delivered (charger is almost as big as a regular computer mouse). With about two hours charging, amazingly it became alive again. I took pictures with my original battery. So far, I took 50 pictures with flash light, another 50 continuous shots, and 10 min long video. The battery status bar still shows fully charged.
The new battery is "FOR CS-NP-20", 3.7V 1050 mAh 3.89Wh as shown in the picture, so if it is true, it should last longer than the original battery. Now, I have a new battery with longer life and back up battery that I used to use.
I will update when is the first time I need to recharge the new battery. Good purchase so far.
