Please read the following Wall Street Photo's policies and procedures for exchanges or returns:

Damaged Returns

Our shipping team makes every effort to prevent shipping damages. However, due to shipping factors beyond our control, damage may occur, in rare instances. If you think that this is indeed the case, please do not attempt to open it. Rather, please contact Wall Street Photo's returns department at   returns@wallstreetphoto.com and we will, in turn, instruct you as to the proper procedure.

Cancellations

Cancellations requested and received by our shipping department before the order has shipped will be refunded less a minimal $5.00 charge due to credit card charges.

Cancellations requested after your order has shipped will require your refusal of delivery acceptance when the shipping carrier delivers. We will process your refund after your shipment has been returned to us. A nominal $10.00 charge will be deducted from the refund. Shipping charges will also not be credited in this case. Likewise, shipments which have had 3 delivery attempts without success and have been returned to us by the shipping carrier will also have the above charge deducted.

Other Returns (buyer remorse)

Shipment of product is as advertised in our catalog section. Please inspect your shipment carefully to ensure that it meets your expectations upon receipt or your order. Should you find that the product does not meet your expectations or satisfaction, please contact us at once and tell us your concerns, so that we may make every effort to satisfy your purchase.

In the event that your issues cannot be resolved, you may return your order. Please follow the instructions below for the proper procedure.

You may exchange or return any item for credit up to 14 days from the original purchase date. Holiday purchases have the final return date extended to January 6. Returns for holiday purchaseds will not be accepted after this date.

Certain products are excluded from this policy and cannot be returned. Please note the list below for excluded products.

  • When original product and associated equipment and materials are not completely intact in original shipped condition.
  • Products that come packaged in a plastic blister pack and has been torn or cut open.

Products which are determined to have a manufacturer defect are excluded from the above list and can be returned. Orders which were damaged during shipment are likewise excluded and can be returned, pursuant to the policies shown above.

All other products may be returned. However a 20% restocking fee will apply. Shipping charges will also not be refunded.

To return an item please email us at returns@wallstreetphoto.com. All returns require RMA authorization. Returns sent without RMA authorization will be refused.

Upon receipt and inspection of goods, Wall Street Photo will credit your original credit card account.
